This initial session is designed to help you discover the genetic personality dispositions you brought into the world and the major interacting life experiences that you have had as you have developed into who you are today. We begin the transformative process by identifying and illuminating your subpersonalities and soul. Elaborating on the Jungian and Sanskrit concept of the mandala (sacred circle), your subpersonalities and soul lie within the container or circle of you.

Your subpersonalities, also known as parts, are the aspects of you that make up your whole personality. You bring these into the world genetically and they interact and develop through your life experiences. They provide the basis for the type of transformational process, practice, and expertise we help to facilitate. This initial session of discovery is crucial to the work we do at Center for Creative Choice. It allows you to be, grow, change, and become, in dynamic, self-aware, and proactive ways. This discovery session usually takes about two hours, sometimes longer.
