This initial session is designed to help you discover the genetic personality dispositions you brought into the world and the major interacting life experiences that you have had as you have developed into who you are today.
We begin the transformative process by identifying and illuminating your subpersonalities and soul. Elaborating on the Jungian and Sanskrit concept of the mandala (sacred circle), your subpersonalities and soul lie within the container or circle of you. ($400)
One-on-one Sessions with Dr. Roger Strachan

After the initial discovery session, using the Self Soul Spirit approach, follow up one-on-one sessions can be catered to your individualized needs and desires.
From focused intensives, to weekly sessions, Dr. Strachan will listen to your unique issues and needs and collaborate with you to determine the best course of action. ($200/hr)
