Soul is the life force of an individual and the essence of their consciousness. The Soul radiates throughout the totality of a person and is a unique entity in and of itself. Moreover, the Soul transcends the actions of Self. As the essence of our being, the Soul is the mediator between Self and Spirit. The Soul can give purpose and meaning to the manifestations of the Self. In other words, the Soul is capable of directing life here on earth and dealing with predisposing genetic factors and life experiences in meaningful ways. 

 

Whereas the Self operates at the contact boundary with the physical and cultural environment, the Soul operates at a cosmic level. The Soul transcends the mundane and offers a more qualitative view of an individual's existence. The Soul is multidimensional and not limited to sensory input. The Soul is dynamic and vulnerable to many of life's factors. Being a Cosmic entity, the Soul eludes our typical faculties of intellect and is best explored through one’s felt-sense of radiance and aliveness from within.
